Merry Christmas

From our family to you, we wish you a wonderful Christmas season with those you love. May the birth of our Savior capture your heart all over again, and may His love be reflected in our lives to all those around us.

Violin Recital

Jayna started playing the violin this year. For the Christmas recital she played "Twinkle, twinkle little star" and "Lightly Row". She enjoys playing for anyone who will listen.

The Jesus App

The girls were part of our church Christmas play again this year. At the end of a week of rehearsals and performing, they were asleep as soon as they got in the car to go home!

Fun with students

We had a lot of different activities this semester, including a rally, a Seder dinner, games nights, and a baptism. At the end of the semester was our Graduation dinner and ceremony which we celebrated along with American Thanksgiving.

Ballet recital

Jayna had her first ballet recital in November. She really enjoyed dancing and being with friends.

From the tropics to SNOW!

Tom went to Colorado to teach at the Torchbearers schools there, and Sara got to join him for a weekend. Quite a climate change!

Portantorchas pets

We have quite the "Littlest Pet School" here. The girls have enjoyed the bunnies the most, especially the baby bunnies! We didn't post any pictures of our 40+ ducks, but we did post one of a stork, a regular visitor to our fish ponds.
